So our Aero Toptube Bag has been a very popular item for quite a few years now … the combination of the welded seams and the TPU material make for a slim and compact bag that offers both storage and great looks once placed on the bike. A real win-win in the world of bike bags!
We effectively took what we knew was good about the design and figured out a shape and size that would allow even more storage, BUT still staying slim and compact once on the frame.
The new XL version is a full 430mm in length with a narrow 70mm width and 100mm overall height. Perfect for most Gravel and MTB frame sizes.
Another new feature we wanted to include with this new bag was an option to use a larger and more secure “bolt” for those that prefer a direct-mount option on their compatible frame. We sourced a suitable bolt with a composite oversize button to make for a tool-less and secure attachment.
Should you not have a compatible frame, then our welded strap-supports offer a slim and efficient mounting via the double-sided velcro straps supplied with each bag. A total of 5 strap-supports means you can load the bag with plenty of on-board essentials and still keep it secure and compact on your bike.
The extended length also meant we could offer 2 separate zippers for easier access to either the front or rear storage areas.
