Bikes and Stuff Pty Ltd ( trading as RideFarr.com ) is a business in the bicycle industry that manufactures and retails bicycles and related accessories.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of an email. Please note this is done via our Courier and it is advisable to check SPAM or JUNK FOLDERS as these automated emails can easily be incorrectly identified by email servers.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Bikes and Stuff Pty Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bikes and Stuff Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Please see our detailed returns and exchanges policy here.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Australia. Transaction currency is either US Dollar ( USD) or Australian Dollar ( AUD ) and can be set on the shop page.
